Awesome recipe ideas... here are just a couple more ideas:

Grand Mimosa: add a 1/2 oz. of Grand Marnier to your mimosa for an extra tangy kick

Arise My Love: 1 oz. Green Creme de Menth (mint flavored liqueur), fill with champagne

Kir Royale: 1 oz. Creme de Cassis(black currant flavored liqueur), fill with champagne

Champagne Cocktail: Add one teaspoon of sugar and one dash of Angostura bitters to a champagne glass, muddle them together. Fill with Champagne. Garnish with a twist of lemon.

Have fun

Default What are good drink recipes for cheap "champagne" (sparkling wine)?

I love making Bellinis with "champagne" (With peach nectar and peach schnapps) but what other cocktails can I make with it?

I don't really enjoy cheap "champagne" on its own, so I want to try to create some nice cocktails with it for NYE.
