Wendies doesn't freeze their meat?

Ok so I'm trying this question again because some people jumped to conclusions without reading the question I guess. I'm not doubting their claim nor Am I saying that they are straight up lying. I'm just curious because you can only keep meat in the refrigerator for so long until it spoils. Even if they got regular deliveries of meat there would have to be a slaughter house close to every Wendies in the world because when I used to work at Mcdonalds an order of frozen meat would take close to a week to get to the store. So anyways...Just been wondering ever since I saw the comercial

I would think there would be no problem getting fresh meat from a supplier delivered. That delivery is NOT coming from the slaughter house by the way.

In order for a company to call something "fresh" it can never be frozen. The health department strictly enforces this, I personally dont know where or when Wendys gets there meats but i know the Wendys near my house has been shut down about 3 times due to people getting sick, so IMO i rather a company just not call it "fresh" an freeze it so no one gets sick..
