| I have about 5 pounds of beets that are gonna rot before I (and only I) can eat them fresh and they are too old to consider for pickles (I'm not ready to pickle yet anyway). The BBB says you can freeze beets, so I was thinking about that, but sometimes quality suffers with freezing. So, anyone here ever freeze beets? What kind of results did you get? thanks, Kathi |
