jars especially for fermenting pickles (with inner-lids , etc)

hey,
I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions about keeping pickles &
sauerkraut dunked down underwater in pint size jars? Or perhaps if
anyone has come across a place on the internet that sells jars with
inner lids for keeping fermenting vegetables immersed in water at all?
I've tried a few things but don't like the pastic bag filled with
water method, which seems easy though. Thanks for this,
