Default jelly roll pans and cookie sheets

i realized the other day after reading the foc. recipes that i no longer
have either... so i am interested in opinions... type? size? brand? price...
get chep and replace often or go good and will they last...

we use a cast iron muffin baker for those sorts of things and we have a
baking stome we use for the odd time we make cookies.

Lee

I use the half sheet pans you get at a restaurant supply house, or at least
similar pans, the ones I have at home are Nordicware from WalMart, but
they're identical in size to the ones the restaurant I used to work at had,
and cheaper, and so far seem to be on par quality wise, I've had some of
these pans for years with no problems.

thanks, they were either quarter or half, quite large, my stove is a 27 inch
one and i think this would come close to covering the rack with just a bit
of room around the outside, Lee
