where would you normally buy yeast from when baking pita bread (Arabic)?

 I live in Morocco and bake my bread every day. The yeast I use is fresh yeast, or moist yeast. You can buy it in the section of the grocery store where they keep cold foods, like cheese. Here in Morocco, I buy it at any corner market.  |
