Default Does any one Know a recipe for banana bread That doesnt call for butter?

I have all the ingredients except for butter and icant drive to the store 'cause im 14

Applesauce Banana Bread

4 Bananas, ripe
1 c Sugar
1/2 c Applesauce
1 ts Vanilla Extract
2 Eggs
1 ts Baking Soda
1 tb Baking Powder
1 ts Salt
2 c Flour

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 F. Place bananas in a large bowl and mash with electric
mixer. Stir in sugar and let stand for 15 minutes.

Add applesauce and eggs and beat well. Add remaining ingredients and mix
thoroughly. Pour into 9"x5" loaf pan coated with nonstick vegetable spray.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until a wooden toothpick inserted in the center of
the loaf comes out clean.

Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes before removing from pan. Cool on
wire rack.


IF YOU HAVE OIL, USE THIS RECIPE!

Banana Bread - Best!

2 Eggs
1 c Sugar
1/2 c Melted butter or OIL
1 ts Vanilla
4 tb Sour milk; see note
1 c Bananas; ripe, mashed
2 c Flour
2 ts Baking powder
1 ts Baking soda
1 pn Salt
1/2 c Walnuts; chopped

Instructions:
1. In bowl, mix together eggs, sugar, butter, vanilla, milk and bananas,
blending well.

2. In large bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Add
banana mixture and blend only to moisten. Add walnuts, if desired.

3. Pour into lightly greased 9"x5" pan and bake at 350F for 1 hr until
tester comes clean.

Note: For sour milk, add 1 tsp vinegar to fresh milk. Crunchy and sweet on
the inside; moist and tender on the inside - delicious!!

INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup oil
3 bananas, mashed




DIRECTIONS
Grease and flour two 7x3 inch loaf pans. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In one bowl, whisk together flour, soda, salt, and sugar. Mix in slightly beaten eggs, oil, and mashed bananas. Stir in nuts if desired. Pour into prepared pans.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour, or until a wooden toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
