how long does it take for mold to grow on a peace of bread for a science expirement??

Default how long does it take for mold to grow on a peace of bread for a science expirement??

i have to do this(the bread is in a bag and has been wet)
also does the mold eat bread? is it alive? and does it move?
blue stuff is growing in mine what is that kinda mold called?
