 Can i gain weight for one day by eating bread and drinking water? I am joining the army in a few weeks, and i am about 5-10 pounds under weight for my height. my recruiter told me if i eat alot of bread and then drink alot of water, then i can gain a good 5-10 pounds in water weight. Is this true? i just need it for the weight in, then i can piss it out. thanks!  |
