 how do i make whole wheat bread? i have a bread machine and it does have a recipe for wheat bread but when i make it it wont rise( yes i use the right amount of yeast) it first off is very hard for my bread machine to even mix and then it bakes it into one big blob! hard as a rock! i've tried it again and the same thing.. any tips?? just to let people know i dont want add white flour i dont use that and also i dont like using shortening... i use butter and honey... i'll use all natural sugar but not bleached white sugar so if anyone out there has any tips on making all natural ingredients wheat bread please let me know... thanks  |
