Default Please, I need help immediately. I have put my beef stew in the slow cooker about...

...3 hours ago and............ I used one of those plastic liner bags (@ $1.23 each by the way), and I just checked on it, and looking down through the glass I can see a lot of bubbles growing up. Is this normal? BTW do you think the oil based plastic liner bags are a good idea?

Yes, it's possible for the slow cooker to boil causing bubbles. The liner bags sure make it easier to clean up.

I think your plastic liner makes your food cook better and maybe you can turn down the heat to low
Also don't worry about the plastic liners it is the Quality of the plastic that makes it. and yours is fine.
