Default Cooking for my GSD do I boil or fry the beef?

I want to know which is the best way to go when it comes to cooking the beef that I have for my German Shepherd Dog. I recently was told to use the boil method w/ the beef that I buy, which is 85% lean 15% fat. I have used both methods. I was told that if I boil and then blot the beef afterwards w/ a paper towel it will lower the grease level. By lowering the grease level in the beef it should lower the chances of her stool becoming loose. Atleast I have been told this by a vet tech. I would greatly appreciate it if I could have some input on this issue. Thank you everyone = )
Thank you everyone I greatly appreciate your input I will definitely boil the beef from now on. I try and get only the best for my puppy = )

yes that is true but it is not a bad thing to have the grease there as well because that makes it easy on the insides of the dog(helps poop)

Feed it raw. As long as it is fresh meat, this is actually the best way!!
Been feeding my girls raw meat (not groundbeef) for just over a year and they look awesome!
