i make my wife a great steak.

Just get the best sirloin meat you can get. marinate overnite in the fridge with a bit of lemon, worchester sauce, and a bit of soya sauce. Smash it with a hammer to tenderize it if you want.

Then cook on a really and i mean really hot pan with a bit of olive oil so the sides get a bit brown (that keeps all the juices in). Then throw it on the grill or bbq with pepper, onion powder, salt, and if you got it lemon steak or pepper steak powder.
