Default BBQ ribs on grill recipes?

I want to make bbq ribs tomorrow, any good recipes for how to prepare them (rub, marinade, sauce etc.) plus the best way and temp to cook them and how long. Should I start them in the oven first or should I cook them on the propane grill the whole time. Also what cut of ribs is best, I was thinking just regular pork ribs. Thank you all!

Default My friend..

Ribs
Baby Back Ribs are by far the best choice, they are more expensive but sooo worth it.
Here is what I do:

Turn your oven on 200 and let it pre-heat while you prepare the ribs.

Flavor
Grab a bowl and combine the following ingredients:
1 Cup of Montreal Steak Spice
1/2 cup Garlic powder
1 tbsp of Spanish Paprika
1 tsp of salt / pepper
add some fresh (finely chopped) oregano / cilantro
Rub this all over the meat, make sure to work it in good so you get coverage all over.
Once the ribs are rubbed well place them in a roasting pan (stand up on the bones and stack to get better results).
Add a bottle of Samuel Adams malt to the mix and pop it in the oven for about 3 hours(depending on how many racks you are cooking).
Now for the BBQing...
Remove the roasting pan from the oven and take it to the BBQ, put the racks on the grill (curve side up) and let them crisp up and brown. Rotate as needed to ensure they all cook evenly, once one side is browned flip over and apply BBQ sauce.

And enjoy...

Granted your "tomorrow" is now (recent) history but did you get the answers you were looking for?
