| "Fosco de Gamma" <[Only registered users can see links. ]> wrote in message news:%8rSk.3549$[Only registered users can see links. ]... Nah. Both wrong. I've only seen "him" in this newsgroup. Maybe you two have it killfiled. IIRC, Sqwertz did/does so it really wasn't a fair contest. But, if I dragged a Fosco out of the woodwork, maybe it was all worth the effort. BOB |

| In news:VtrSk.59564$[Only registered users can see links. ], BOB <[Only registered users can see links. ]> typed: Well not to burst any bubbles or anything, but unless you are buying herbs from a local grower or fresh in the market, in the vast majority of cases, it is imported, usually in 50 lb. bags or drums. That's true of most culinary and medicinal herbs sold in this country. It may come in a familiar jar in your market, but figure it was grown by Hallabuchi Ballagandi who sold it to brokers for about five cents a pound, and imported to the US by the Happy Fat Farting Bird trading company, or something along those lines. I know this because I worked for an herbalist for several years. MartyB in KC |
