| Hi - My facing heaven chili plant seems not to have developed as much as I expected this summer. The red peppers are less than an inch, and I wonder if shady light was wrong for Northern Virginia? The plant has been healthy enough, but perhaps I was wrong in my expectations? In addition, the pepper plants I grew from seeds appear not to be the same species as the Facing Heaven plant, and the shade, plus their late start (and the damn squirrels or rats perhaps)), seems to have prevented them from producing peppers. At what point should the facing pepper plant come indoors? I am guessing that under 50 degrees is bad for the plant, but maybe it can tolerate lower temperatures? Thanks for any answers, Ian |

Next Spring, I'll plant my seeds early, and make sure the Facing Heaven Plant gets a lot more sun. Thanks for your tips, Ian |
